Refund and Returs
At SONI REFRIGERATION, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our straightforward and transparent Return and Refund Policy.
Return
You have 7 – 8 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original packing slip or proof of purchase with your return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
